The Logistics

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Check in at White Pine Adventure Inn (1133 West Pine Street), then head to your cabin.
We will always try. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability. Reach out before your arrival, and we will let you know what's possible.
Cancel at least 14 days before your arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit 50% of the rate. Reservations of two or more cabins are subject to a separate group policy. Contact us directly to book.

The Cabins

Each cabin sleeps up to four -- one queen bedroom and one room with two extra-long twin beds.
Yes. Every White Pine Cozy Cabin has the same layout and full setup -- full kitchen, washer and dryer, two dedicated desk areas, high-speed WiFi and a private entrance.
Yes. Every cabin has a full kitchen with a stove, full-size fridge, microwave and all the dishware and cookware you need.
Yes. Free on-site parking at 66 North Madison with room for trucks, large SUVs and trailers. Snowmobile rigs and boats are welcome.
Yes. Two cabins are pet-friendly. Ask when you book.
Yes. High-speed WiFi throughout, plus two dedicated desk areas in every cabin -- well-suited for remote work.

White Pine Collection Perks

The White Pine Shuttle to White Pine Resort in winter, complimentary access to the Pinedale Aquatic Center, Crank and Edge bike and ski tune station and the Reset massage treatment room -- all at White Pine Adventure Inn.
The White Pine Shuttle runs daily between White Pine Adventure Inn, White Pine Cozy Cabins and White Pine Resort during the winter season.

Getting Around Pinedale

Yes. Downtown Pinedale is 0.6 miles from the cabins -- a flat, easy 10-minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.
We are at 66 North Madison, Pinedale, WY 82941. That’s half a block off Pine Street (US-191), across from the park in downtown Pinedale and a few blocks from the White Pine Adventure Inn. Full directions are in your booking confirmation.
Pinedale sits at 7,175 feet. If you are coming from sea level, drink twice as much water as usual and take it easy on your first day.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabins, but cell service can be spotty once you head into the Wind River Range or the Bridger-Teton National Forest. Download offline maps before you leave.
Pinedale is wild. Deer and moose right outside are not unusual. Our guests regularly spot moose and deer along Pine Creek. Maintain a safe distance, keep pets away from wildlife and never feed them.

Bear spray, fishing licenses and outdoor gear are available at the Great Outdoor Shop, less than a mile from the cabins.
